Each board member and position holder will receive an E-mail address.  You have several options that you can use to set up your E-mail.

1. Web Mail (preferred)
2. Microsoft Outlook
3. Outlook Express
4. Windows Mail
5. Mozilla Thunderbird

The first thing you have to do is reset your password once you mailbox has been created.  You will receive a temporary password from the technology administrator officer.

If you are an instructor at the Learning Circle, you will receive a wise-learn.org E-mail address.

If you are on the board of directors or hold a position with the tradition, you will receive a wise-ones.org E-mail address.

Both E-mail addresses are completely separate of each other.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

On the tradition web site, please edit your PROFILE E-mail address to reflect your wise-ones.org E-mail address. 

On the school site, please edit your PROFILE E-mail address to reflect your wise-learn.org E-mail address.

Remember, your E-mail address OPERATES separately from the Tradition site or The Learning Circle site.

FIRST THING IS FIRST:

You must login to your web mail to change your password.  We recommend that you add both numbers and letters to your passwords, lower case letters, and more than seven characters.  This will add more security to your E-mail address.

Login with your FULL E-MAIL ADDRESS and PASSWORD.

There will be a change password box once you login.

USING WEB MAIL: 

The link in the left menu, Wise Ones Webmail or Wise Learn Webmail, will link to the Web Mail.  By clicking on the link, a new window will open.

Login with your USERNAME ONLY (not your E-mail address) and password.

Your mailbox will be available to you 24 hours a day.

USING MAIL APPLICATIONS SUCH AS OUTLOOK:

Server Type: IMAP (do not choose POP3)
Incoming IMAP Server: mail.wise-ones.org or mail.wise-learn.org
Outgoing SMTP Server: mail.wise-ones.org or mail.wise-learn.org
E-mail: username@wise-ones.org or username@wise-learn.org
Username: Type in your ENTIRE E-mail ADDRESS
Password: what you changed your password to after going to here.
Incoming Port: 25
Outgoing Port: 587
